In her role as editorial director, Kerry plans and oversees the long-term editorial strategy and daily operations for the four sites in the Enterprise Applications Media Group: SearchCRM.com, SearchSAP.com, SearchOracle.com and SearchDataManagement.com. She works closely with the editorial teams to keep the sites focused on the information needs of applications professionals and decision-makers – including both business and IT executives. With ten years of experience in technology media and five years of experience covering the CRM, SAP and related markets, Kerry has a powerful understanding of the critical issues that enterprise application users face and is uniquely qualified to deliver quality content that will help them address their greatest challenges.

Previously, Lauren served as Associate Editor for SearchCRM.com for one year and Assistant Editor for our sister site, SearchSAP.com for 15 months. She also brings to this position editorial skills from her Journalism and English degree from Lehigh University.
